Overview:
In preparation for the Bylaws-mandated review of the At-Large Organization, the At-Large Review Working Party has been formed to serve as a liaison between the At-Large Community, the independent examiner and the Organizational Effectiveness Committee of the Board. During this session, the Working Party will address key activities in preparation for the start of the Review in April 2016. The Working Party will discuss plans for the launch of the competitive bidding process, including scope of work for the independent examiner, selection criteria to be used in appointing an independent examiner, and evaluation criteria to be used by the independent examiner during the Review. Additionally, the Working Party will discuss its Charter and the progress of its initial assessment (i.e. self-assessment) of implementation of prior Review recommendations.
